The dim sum plushies are SO CUTE!!! Love them!
The most adorable play food plush set. High quality, easily recognizable (if familiar with dim sum!). Love that my kids have this available to play with in this day and age.
That being said, there is a little “heads up” note included stating that the cap has a snug fit. Really appreciated that! Still had to take 1 star off though bc dang, that cap is way too hard to put back on! It sent my kid into meltdown mode. I mean, even me, as an adult, it’s a massive struggle to put the cap back on that I’m actually debating to just get rid of it (the cap, not the whole thing lol) because I want to avoid additional future tantrums. Even the instructions to “twist off firmly” doesn’t help with taking the cap off. Overall, still so so cute. Maybe the one I received was a fluke for the cap fit?
Hi JF!! We deeply appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration regarding the tightness of the cap :( Despite extensive rounds of prototyping, achieving the perfect fit proved challenging.
We're committed to addressing this issue in v2, but we didn't think throwing away hundreds of containers that are slightly too tight was the best solution that are in line our business values! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused— The packaging paper included aims to offer a heads-up while we work towards an improved version, but we totally understand how it's not the best we can offer. love that my daughter will grow up with asian toys like these! i love the creativity and the variety. the quality is of course perfect and the squish on the plushies is so satisfying!! highly highly recommend. you won’t regret it! even my husband (who usually doesn’t like this kind of stuff) thought it was adorable.
